You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes.

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.

You will not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

You will not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our services.

You will not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our platform.

All content, features, and functionality on Founders Align are owned by us or our licensors.

Assessment results and analytics generated are owned by Founders Align.

Resource documents from third parties are subject to their respective licenses.

Professionals on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Founders Align.

We vet professionals but cannot guarantee the quality or outcomes of their services.

Any agreements with professionals are between you and the professional directly.

We are not responsible for advice given by professionals accessed through our platform.

Our assessments are not substitutes for professional legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Certain features require paid subscriptions or recurring add-on charges.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for recurring fees.

Founders Align is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
